Robin successfully negotiates Compromise Agreement for NG of Milton Keynes
When ‘NG’ approached Robin, his long service with his employers had turned sour and he wanted to leave. He felt his employers wanted him out without good reason.
Robin negotiated a mutually acceptable Compromise Agreement between NG and his employers.
This enabled NG to get on with his life without having the risk and cost of bringing a claim for constructive dismissal before a employment tribunal.
