“We recently appointed Robin as an external workplace investigator to support us with a grievance and we were extremely impressed with the professionalism he brought to the process. From the start, Robin took the time to make sure he fully understood the background and had all of the relevant information and detail before beginning the investigation. Everything was presented in a really clear, logical and well-structured way, which made the report easy to read and navigate despite the complexity of the case. The findings were set out clearly and the supporting evidence was easy to follow and reference. It was obvious that a great deal of care and attention had gone into pulling everything together and presenting it in a way that was both thorough and accessible.

Although I did not get the opportunity to meet Aaron, his support to Robin throughout the investigation, as well as my communications with him following completion of the report, were excellent. Aaron was always polite and professional and both Aaron and Robin made me feel completely comfortable in asking any questions I had.

Robin and Aaron make a great team and I would have no hesitation in recommending them to any organisation looking for experienced, thorough and independent workplace investigation support. As a small business, dealing with a complex workplace grievance can be particularly challenging, especially when you do not necessarily have the internal resources or capacity of a larger organisation.
